The 415th recipient is Sarah Acconcia of Juniper Farm in Pikesville, MD. Sarah writes:

What self-care and well-being mean to me as a farmer: “My body is more than a tool in my toolbox and it is so valuable. We take good care of our tools, our crops and animals, and I want to be a leader for my team in showing that I prioritize taking care of my physical body. I was a chef before I became a farmer, and self care is not prioritized in both of those industries.”
How I might use this $100 self-care award: “My husband and I (also a farmer) have an exercise room in our home, that is ok but could use some improvement (equipment, floor mats, lighting).”
Most important self-care needs that contribute to my well-being as a farmer: "A space at home dedicated to our wellness practices, so that we can keep it in the front of our mind during the short time we are indoors!”
