The 363rd recipient is Kevin Melman of Funj Shrooming Co @funj_shrooming_co in South Burlington, VT. Kevin writes:

What self-care and well-being mean to me as a farmer: “Being able to balance the human needs of my body and mind, understanding that I am more than what I do or what I grow, and showing myself respect and gratitude. Balance.”
How I might use this $100 self-care award: “I would put it towards a massage that is very much overdue. Mushroom farming requires many repetitive motions and unbalanced strain on the body. Beyond that, managing a business creates a general high level of tension which needs to be relieved regularly through self-care.”
Most important self-care needs that contribute to my well-being as a farmer: "Tension release in my muscles, joints, and mind.”
