What self-care and well-being mean to me as a farmer: “Self-care and well being is critical when farming. Without it you can't fully put yourself into farming. Self-care is needed in order to have the immense focus and physical ability required from farming.”

How I might use this $100 self-care award: “If awarded I would use the $100 to invest in a relaxing project. This could include a leather or woodworking craft or something to enhance my physical abilities.”

Most important self-care needs that contribute to my well-being as a farmer: "In my opinion the most important form of self-care is the ability to relax. With the ability to relax you are able to then deal with the incredible stress and pressure that comes with farming.”
