What self-care and well-being mean to me as a farmer: “I usually zoom out the door on the morning to set up the days work for my team. I rarely take the time to make breakfast in the morning or pack a lunch ahead of time. I'd like a better system for keeping myself fed during busy times.”

How I might use this $100 self-care award: ”I would like to buy a nice set of Pyrex storage containers to prep and pack grab and go breakfasts like overnight oats and to order some quality convenience food like noodles and instant lentil that I can quickly cook and add veggies too for nourishing food to keep me healthy and happy.”

Most important self-care needs that contribute to my well-being as a farmer: "Food and water as convenience.”
