What self-care and well-being mean to me as a farmer: “It means taking care of my body and mind as well as I care for the plants I grow. At the end of the day we have to take care of ourselves and the plants will keep growing!”

How I might use this $100 self-care award: “I will use it for a massage most likely!”

Most important self-care needs that contribute to my well-being as a farmer: "The most important self-care needs are rest and being able to care for your body and mind. Any type of body work is super important to me as someone who is physically active. This also helps me relax from stress so my mind can recover too!”
